Eric Wilcox started out self-taught in PC and networking repair before going to Moore-Norman Technology Center to gain his A+ and Network+ Certifications. After receiving his Certifications, he worked in Telecommunications for 8 years, gaining a wide range of knowledge while helping business customers with advanced Phone, and Data support in both HFC, and Fiber networks.
