Xuying (Ebony) Jiang earned her M.S. degree in Behavioral and Decision Science from University of Pennsylvania in August 2019 and B.B.A. in Finance from Temple University in 2017.
Before joining WPAi, Ebony worked as a research assistant at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In this position, she was responsible for data cleaning/processing, data analyzing, and drafting papers.
In her final semester of graduate school, she worked for the Mack Institute for Innovation Management at Wharton School as an analyst to help address potential approaches to customers by leveraging behavioral economics insights.
Ebony also worked as research assistant at University of Pennsylvania on a project of Social Norms and Sanitation in India, which is sponsored by Bill Gates Foundation and UNICEF. In this position, she helped a postdoc fellow establish the codebook and conduct qualitative analysis and conducted literature reviews on interventions in developing countries.
Prior to attending graduate school, Ebony also interned at the City of Philadelphia.
In her free time, Ebony enjoys reading, cooking, barre, exploring brunch & farmers market places. You may also find her drinking lattes.
